Foggy grey mornings and cool city nights. The Golden Gate. Chowder bowls. And, oh, the shopping! Architecture, nature, glamour and culture… all in one place. What’s not to love about San Francisco?

Hudson’s Fall/Winter 2008 lookbook turned to this ‘cool grey city’ as our muse for the season. Its layers of fog, crisp fall days, and a climate suited for bundling up inspired our grey and silver fabrications and darker washes.

The scenery at Fisherman’s Wharf sparked our nautical side while we played around the docks.

We classed it up in Pacific Heights with true city sophistication to match the stunning historical architecture.
The result of our travels? A book full of our love for San Francisco and fabulous denim style. Want more? We don’t blame you. Check out the video on our site right here.
Just when we thought Adour (Alain Ducasse’s fab French restaurant at the St. Regis New York) couldn’t possibly be more luxe, we find out that their Wine Library has just gone paperless.
The glamorous gold and bronze bar now features an interactive wine menu that is guided by the touch of patrons. See a bottle that sounds interesting? Make your selection and a rosette will appear containing all the details needed to pick the perfect glass.
We’re guessing that the service at Adour hardly needs the added help of this full service menu, but there are a few local hot spots we can think of that would benefit from the technology - it would certainly beat flagging down unhelpful actors, errr… we mean, waiters pretending to know a thing or two about wine.
