From the creative Swiss duo of L/B, Sabina Lang and Daniel Baumann, comes a ‘hotel’ experience unlike any other.
Currently perched upon the Palais de Tokyo the Hotel Everland is an art installation turned one-room pod ‘hotel’.
Here’s the deal: “The room can be booked for one night only, the mini-bar is fully stocked and included in the price, breakfast is delivered to the door and a record collection stands at ones disposal”. Um, you had us at mini-bar. That and the view make this a pretty incredible one-time opportunity.
The bright colors are a bit mod, the space a bit small, and windows… well, we’re pretty sure they don’t have curtains. If you can deal with all that, then get in line (behind us) to book a date.
The hotel is only open until the end of 2008, and the chance to book is fleeting. The next time to try your luck is July 30th when reservations will be made available at a random hour on their booking page. We’ll cross our fingers for you…
