Hudson Jeans will replace defective items purchased at major department stores (Nordstrom, Saks, and Bloomingdales) and select boutiques/websites with a valid proof of purchase. We are unable to accommodate a replacement without proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service at (844) 602-0142 for further instructions prior to returning merchandise. Items sent back to Hudson Jeans without approval will be sent back to the customer. International, wholesale and off-price purchases including, but not limited to: Nordstrom Rack, Saks off Fifth, and Bloomingdale’s Outlet are excluded from this policy. Item(s) must be purchased within the past 12 months. We are unable to cover the cost of repair but we can provide a replacement button or zipper upon request and availability. Customers are responsible for repair and repair costs. We do not provide in-house repairs.
Hudson Jeans will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the original form of payment. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Returns will only be accepted after completing the returns process online. This return process is only offered for orders within the USA. International orders are not eligible for return. Heavily discounted items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Final sale items will be returned to the shipping address provided on the original order. At this time, we do not process exchanges. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. Please be advised that Hudson Jeans is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Hudson gift certificates are non-refundable

Orders placed between Nov 1st – Dec 31st are eligible for return as long as they are not final sale and are received by Jan 31st.
Any item(s) that are purchased during a promotional period (i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday) cannot be exchanged for a different item other than what was originally purchased. You may exchange an item that is the same style for a different size only. If you are exchanging item(s) other than what was originally purchased, you are agreeing to forfeit the discount and will have to place a brand new order at the original price listed on the site.
Promotions cannot be extended past its original date and orders must be placed on the same day of the promotion or offer. HudsonJeans.com does not price match.
