From January 2nd to the 7th, our warehouse will be doing internal audits. There will be a delay on any orders placed during this time period and we will have limited to no products shipped. Prior orders may also face delays due to the audits.

Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed between Nov 1st – Dec 31st are eligible for return as long as they are not final sale and are received by Jan 31st.

Any item(s) that are purchased during a promotional period (i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday) cannot be exchanged for a different item other than what was originally purchased. You may exchange an item that is the same style for a different size only. If you are exchanging item(s) other than what was originally purchased, you are agreeing to forfeit the discount and will have to place a brand new order at the original price listed on the site.

Promotions cannot be extended past its original date and orders must be placed on the same day of the promotion or offer. does not price match.

Please be advised any items labeled or within the warehouse sale category cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions. These items are excluded from any additional sales. Free shipping is provided within the 48 contiguous states.



*Offer valid on orders shipped in the continental United States and applies to Ground Shipping orders only. Ground shipping is approximately 5-7 business days.

If you choose 2-Day or Overnight Shipping, regular charges will apply. Orders with overnight shipping must be placed before 12PM PST, Monday through Friday.
All overnight shipping orders after this time will be processed during the next business day.

Please note that we do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and select holidays. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

We're proud to offer international shipping. Remember, shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you should receive it in about seven days. If an order is placed with us and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We've made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges and only charge our cost for these services.

The actual shipping will depend on how many items you purchased and the weight of each item. Once you begin the checkout process you will see what the actual shipping rate will be for your order. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
