SHIPPING RATES

We're proud to offer domestic and international shipping. Please note that the shipping amount will be calculated at checkout. Calculations are based on the provided shipping address.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We're proud to offer international shipping. Remember, shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.


Once your order leaves our warehouse, you should receive it in about seven days. If an order is placed with us and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We've made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges and only charge our cost for these services.


DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

No, unfortunately we do not offer shipping to APO/FPO Addresses at this time.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Ground shipping is approximately 5-7 business days.If you choose 2-Day or Overnight Shipping, regular charges will apply. Orders with overnight shipping must be placed before 12PM PST, Monday through Friday.
All overnight shipping orders after this time will be processed during the next business day.


Please note that we do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and select holidays. You will receive an email with the shipping confirmation details once your order has shipped.


WHAT'S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time by logging into Your Account. If you've opted for Guest Checkout, you can check your order status using our Guest Order Lookup. Once your order is shipped, you can track your order delivery with UPS Order Tracking. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY?

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is shipped. For Paypal and AmazonPay orders, your card will be charged when your order is placed. If any adjustment or cancellation takes place against your order, a refund will be issued immediately.
