Shipping & Returns


Free shipping offer is valid on orders of $150 or more, shipped in the continental United States and applies to ground shipping orders only. The ground shipping timeframe is approximately 5-7 business days. During special sale periods free shipping may not be available.

Ground shipping cost for orders less than $150 is $10, 2-Day shipping cost is $25 and overnight shipping cost is $40. Orders with overnight shipping must be placed before 11AM PST, Monday through Friday. All overnight shipping orders after this time will be processed during the next business day.

Please note that we do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and select holidays. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

All returns will incur a $7 fee, which will be deducted from your return amount. Hudson Jeans will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the original form of payment.  All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Returns will only be accepted after completing the returns process online. You may process a free exchange online.

Heavily discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Final sale items will be returned to the shipping address provided on the original order. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. Please be advised that Hudson Jeans is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Hudson gift certificates are non-refundable. Please click here to begin the return or exchange process.

The Returns process is only offered for orders within the USA placed via Items purchased through any department store, specialty store or online partner must be returned to the original place of purchase.
