Due to an uptick in site orders and the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we are experiencing delays in shipping. Please bear with us and allow up to 7-10 additional business days to process your order. Rest assured, your package will ship as soon as possible, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number when it does. We apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience. 

 

Free Shipping offers valid on orders of $100 or more shipped in the continental United States applies to Ground Shipping orders only. Ground shipping is approximately 5-7 business days.  During special sale periods, such as our warehouse events, free shipping may not be available.

Shipping cost for orders of less than $100, Ground, 2-Day shipping, and Overnight shipping will be calculated at checkout. Calculations are based on the provided shipping address. Orders with overnight shipping must be placed before 11AM PST, Monday through Friday.
All overnight shipping orders after this time will be processed during the next business day.

Please note that we do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and select holidays. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping. 

 

APO/FPO PO BOXES SHIPPING

No, unfortunately we do not offer shipping to APO/FPO or PO Box Addresses at this time.

 

Returns - eCommerce Orders

All returns will incur a $7 fee, which will be deducted from your return amount. Hudson Jeans will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the original form of payment.  All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Returns will only be accepted after completing the returns process online. This return process is only offered for orders within the USA.  Heavily discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Final sale items will be returned to the shipping address provided on the original order. You can process an exchange online.  We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. Please be advised that Hudson Jeans is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Hudson gift certificates are non-refundable. Please click here to begin the process.

 

Returns - Retail Purchases

Hudson Jeans will replace defective items purchased at major department stores (Nordstrom, Saks, and Bloomingdales) and select boutiques/websites with a valid proof of purchase. We are unable to accommodate a replacement without proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service at ecomm@hudsonjeans.com for further instructions prior to returning merchandise. Items sent back to Hudson Jeans without approval will be sent back to the customer. International, wholesale and off-price purchases including, but not limited to: Nordstrom Rack, Saks off Fifth, and Bloomingdale’s Outlet are excluded from this policy. Item(s) must be purchased within the past 12 months. We are unable to cover the cost of repair but we can provide a replacement button or zipper upon request and availability. Customers are responsible for repair and repair costs. We do not provide in-house repairs.
